Initial public offer of 41,15,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Suich Industries Limited ("company" or "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 75 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 65 per equity share) aggregating Rs. 30.86 Crores (the "issue"). The issue includes a reservation of 2,08,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 75 per equity share aggregating Rs. 1.56 Crores for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 39,07,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 75 per equity share, aggregating Rs. 29.30 Crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.00% and 25.63% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity share is Rs.10 each.
The Issue Price is Rs.75 per equity share and is 7.5 times the face value of the equity share.
